Head of the Charles Regatta 2006

I actually didn't take any photos this weekend that I was particularly crazy about. I also realized (more than I had before) that a polarizing filter would be good for these water pictures. I also further contemplated a zoom lens. Anyway - the pictures below were taken (top to bottom) by Kate Brown, Vanessa Forbes, and myself. Kate was using my camera- that's me in the huddle w/ the green ballcap and gortex jacket on. Point being, to tell the story of the Head of the Charles Regatta... this is the one I'd choose to tell - the VMen together. And below us - there's my sister Grace rowing in 2 seat! (2nd from the bow... 2nd from the right for you non-rowing types).
